Cancellations, nights or rooms reduction are free if notice with more than 60 days on advance from the check in date.

Cancellations, nights or rooms reduction applies for a 50% penalty when notice less than 60 days on advance from the check in date.

If the customer canĀ“t arrive on check in date by force majeure (natural disaster, social commotion, or cause beyond the customer control) not apply any penalty. The customer must send by mail the documentation that prove this condition.

If customer can’t arrive on check in date, the hotel consider it as NO SHOW, and not apply any reimbursement

USD. 10.00 (Ten with 00/100 U.S. Dollars) for administrative expenses applies for each accommodation night in case or reimbursement when no penalty apply.
